Team Coach – System Simulation for Exhaust Treatment

About the role

The Team Coach will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team responsible for defining and developing Exhaust Gas Treatment (EGT) systems, including subsystems and sensors. The role focuses on driving digitalisation initiatives and creating innovative business solutions within Bosch's automotive engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and coach the team in the definition, development, and demonstration of EGT system components and sensors.
• Drive digitalisation topics to create new business solutions and improve system efficiency.
• Coach requirement engineering and manage technical interfaces between customer project teams and EGT partners.
• Conduct workshops with partners to assess technology performance and ensure robust system delivery.
• Initiate and monitor ideation sessions, tracking progress against timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate discussions with cross‑functional teams (CFTs) for idea implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical or equivalent engineering; Master’s degree is desirable.
• 8‑10 years of experience in system engineering, function development, and emission development (including catalyst work).
• Strong knowledge of emission legislation and requirements for exhaust gas after‑treatment systems.
