Teacher Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Teacher Trainer to guide and support teachers in applying pedagogical knowledge in the classroom. The role involves designing, delivering, and overseeing training modules that promote student‑centered learning, as well as providing hands‑on coaching and feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate new training methods into the existing curriculum.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for teachers.
• Design and deliver student‑centered learning modules.
• Support teachers in difficult training situations and manage classroom observations.
• Plan and deliver varied teacher training sessions.
• Offer pre‑lesson planning support and give effective written and oral feedback.
• Evaluate, track, and report on teacher performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven teaching experience.
• Experience training adult learners.
• Teaching certification preferred (CIDTL or IB training desirable).
• Demonstrated deep and progressive teaching practice.
• Strong administrative abilities.
