Tax Senior Analyst – Statutory Reporting & Compliance

About the role

The Tax Senior Analyst will join Accenture's Finance Operations vertical, focusing on statutory reporting and tax compliance. You will prepare complex tax returns, calculate monthly/quarterly tax workpapers, and reconcile tax transactions to support accurate financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare annual statutory accounts for assigned legal entities in line with local GAAP and IFRS.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion and filing of statutory accounts.
• Develop audit schedules, reconciliations and supporting documentation, and liaise with Business Units, Legal, Treasury, HR and Payroll teams.
• Draft financial statements, disclosures and tax packs, including XBRL tagging and IFRS to local GAAP reconciliation.
• Post statutory adjustments in Oracle ERP, reconcile retained earnings and work with the Tax team to finalize tax disclosures and calculations.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in statutory audit, reporting and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP (preferred) and exposure to Workiva software (good to have).
• Extensive experience with MS Office applications.
