Tax Senior Analyst

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Tax Senior Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical. You will support statutory reporting and tax compliance activities, ensuring accurate preparation, filing and reconciliation of complex tax returns across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file Federal, State and International tax returns.
• Develop and maintain tax workpapers, calculations and monthly/quarterly tax packs.
• Perform effective‑tax‑rate reconciliation and record tax transactions.
• Design and improve tax processes, leveraging OneSource tools.
• Generate financial statements in line with client policies, IFRS to local GAAP reconciliation, and XBRL tagging.
• Collaborate with peers, clients and Accenture management on tax‑related projects.

Required profile

• BCom degree or equivalent.
• 5‑8 years of experience in statutory reporting, corporate tax and tax compliance.
• Experience with Federal, State and International tax filings.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision on routine tasks and moderate guidance on new assignments.
