Tax Executive - CA

About the role

We are seeking a qualified CA to join our Ahmedabad office as a Tax Executive. The role involves immediate responsibility for managing direct tax compliance, filing statutory returns, and supporting clients through tax assessments and audits. The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy Manager – Direct Tax Compliance and interact with tax authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file quarterly e‑TDS, SFT and other periodic e‑filings.
• Assist in scrutiny proceedings and guide clients on documentation.
• Issue Form 15CB and determine applicable TDS rates for overseas payments to non‑residents.
• Support the Deputy Manager in all direct‑tax related matters and proceedings.
• Visit tax departments for follow‑up on pending issues.
• Prepare tax computations and file Income Tax Returns.
• Assist in preparation and accurate filing of Tax Audit Reports.

Required profile

• CA qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in direct tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and statutory filing requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with tax assessments, audits and client liaison.
