Tax Executive (CA) – Immediate Hire

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Executive (CA) to join our team in Ahmedabad on an urgent and immediate basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate compliance with Indian tax regulations, interacting with clients and tax authorities, and providing guidance on complex tax matters.

Key responsibilities

• Quarterly e‑TDS, SFT, and other periodic e‑filings of returns and statements.
• Assist in scrutiny proceedings and guide clients in compiling information and documentation.
• Issue Form 15CB and determine applicable TDS rates for overseas payments to non‑residents.
• Support the Deputy Manager – Direct Tax Compliance in all direct tax‑related matters and proceedings.
• Visit tax departments for follow‑up on pending matters.
• Prepare and submit periodic e‑filings and address related issues with tax authorities and clients.
• Prepare tax computations and e‑file Income Tax Returns.
• Assist in preparation and accurate filing of Tax Audit Reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in direct tax compliance.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• Strong knowledge of direct tax filings, assessments and tax audits.
