Tax Consultant – Transfer Pricing – Mumbai

About the role

EY is seeking a motivated Tax Consultant to join its Transfer Pricing team in Mumbai. You will support client engagements by delivering tax compliance and advisory services, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and adherence to professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual tax returns and e‑TDS returns.
• Draft submissions and represent clients before tax authorities.
• Advise on inbound and outbound structuring for employee movements, including immigration and provident‑fund considerations for expatriates.
• Collaborate with senior tax professionals to deliver comprehensive tax solutions.
• Utilise electronic working papers and relevant software to conduct research and produce accurate tax deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and uphold EY’s professional standards.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0‑1 year of relevant experience.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with good time‑management skills.
• Team player who contributes to continuous improvement of team performance.
