Tax Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Consultant to join our consulting practice. You will work in small, collaborative teams to support clients on tax‑related projects, from data gathering to delivering actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in teams of 3‑5 consultants to collect, analyse and interpret client information.
• Formulate and test hypotheses, develop tax strategies and communicate recommendations.
• Present findings to client management and assist in implementing solutions.
• Participate in formal training programmes (up to five weeks) and receive ongoing coaching from senior partners.
• Help select client projects, build professional networks and develop broad consulting expertise.

Required profile

• University degree with an excellent academic record.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven leadership in academic, professional or extracurricular settings.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all organisational levels.
• Willingness to travel as required.
