About the role
Arka Advisors is seeking a motivated tax professional to join its growing Tax & Regulatory team in Bengaluru.
Key responsibilities
- Handle Income‑tax and GST compliance for clients.
- Provide tax advisory and litigation support.
- Assist with business restructuring and due diligence.
- Conduct valuation assignments.
- Manage FEMA compliance and other regulatory services.
Required profile
- Completed CA articleship (up to 3 years post‑articleship experience).
- Mandatory experience in tax compliance, advisory and litigation services.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
- Capability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Prior experience with a CA firm or consulting firm is preferred.
