Tax Analyst – Statutory Reporting & Compliance

About the role

The Tax Analyst will join Accenture’s Finance Operations team, supporting statutory reporting and tax compliance for corporate clients. You will collect operational data, prepare and file complex tax returns, and reconcile tax transactions to ensure accurate financial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file Federal, State and International tax returns, including corporate tax returns.
• Develop monthly and quarterly tax calculations, workpapers and effective tax rate reconciliations.
• Perform IFRS to local GAAP reconciliations, update note accounts and apply XBRL tagging.
• Design and document tax processes, leveraging OneSource and SAP tools.
• Execute quality testing, control design and remediation plans to meet audit standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and assist the Assistant Manager with reporting and communications.

Required profile

• Commerce, Finance, MBA, CA, CFA, CMA or ICWA graduate.
• 3‑5 years of experience in statutory reporting, tax compliance and audit control.
• Strong understanding of Federal, State and International tax regulations.
