Target‑Based Remote Recruiter (Consultancy)

About the role

CareerBloc is seeking a full‑time remote Recruiter to operate in a target‑based consultancy environment. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, partnering with clients to understand staffing needs and delivering qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through digital channels, social media, and job boards.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Negotiate offers, manage closing processes, and ensure a positive experience for candidates and clients.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare placement reports, and meet defined placement targets.
• Collaborate with internal team members and align hiring strategies with client expectations.
• Manage multiple mandates independently and communicate effectively across locations.

Required profile

• Prior experience in agency or consultancy recruitment, preferably in a target‑driven setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to manage time, handle multiple roles simultaneously, and stay target‑oriented.
