About the role
We are looking for a target‑based Recruiter to join our remote team. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates while consistently meeting weekly outreach quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct phone or in‑person interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
- Achieve weekly targets for calls, emails and candidate placements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and high energy.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance quotas.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
