About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a Talent Solutions Account Manager to drive new business and manage client relationships for its recruitment products. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers choose the right technology to meet their hiring goals while ensuring contract renewals and ongoing engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Execute a high volume of contract renewals that maximize value and strengthen relationships.
- Own and manage multiple touchpoints throughout the contract lifecycle to keep customers educated on LinkedIn’s evolving solutions.
- Identify business objectives, uncover roadblocks, and build strategic partnerships.
- Cross‑sell LinkedIn’s Talent & Learning Solutions aligned with customer goals.
- Maintain accurate quarterly renewal forecasts for your territory.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, sharing competitive insights.
- Leverage peers and managers to solve problems, ramp up, and close deals.
- Invest in colleagues by providing coaching and sharing best practices.
- Listen to market needs and relay insights to product and marketing teams.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with recruiting/HR software, SaaS opportunities, or sales in a technology environment is preferred.
