Talent Services Specialist – Engagement & Performance Management

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Services Specialist to join its Talent Services – Performance Management – Engagement Specialist team in Gurugram. The role focuses on designing, implementing and managing employee engagement initiatives that support business priorities and enhance the overall employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and define engagement objectives.
• Plan and execute engagement programs such as skip‑level meetings, walk‑and‑talk sessions, and employee experience activities.
• Support employee survey participation, action‑planning and follow‑up reporting.
• Conduct stay interviews, identify retention risks and coordinate response actions.
• Collaborate on onboarding, new‑hire integration, rewards & recognition, exit processes and learning logs.
• Lead a small team of 2‑4 professionals and assist with performance‑management roadshows and employee‑relations insights.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Management or a related field, or HR certification.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR or talent‑services experience.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to address audiences at various levels.
• Excellent planning, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
• Preferred experience with a regional firm or a Big 4 accounting practice.
