About the role

Beverage Trade Network is expanding its Vadodara office and seeks a Talent Recruiter to drive its hiring initiatives. You will play a central role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding qualified candidates to support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post vacancies on relevant job boards, newspapers, and educational institutions.
• Source candidates through databases, social media platforms, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools and methods.
• Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude.
• Facilitate onboarding to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.

Required profile

• Experience in full‑cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Ability to create clear job descriptions and recruitment content.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates via online databases and social media.
• Strong interview and assessment skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
