Talent Operations Co-ordinator

About the role

Davies is looking for a highly organised and analytically minded Talent Operations Co‑ordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team in Pune. The role blends recruitment coordination, data‑driven reporting, process improvement and digital enablement, helping to create a more efficient hiring function while delivering a great experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage logistics for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring a professional candidate experience.
• Maintain core TA trackers, produce regular recruitment reports and insights using Excel and system data.
• Monitor background verification progress and ensure data accuracy across downstream processes.
• Document, review and improve recruitment processes to increase consistency and efficiency.
• Support the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, automation and AI‑enabled tools, creating prompts, templates and guidance.
• Manage relationships with recruitment partners, agencies and internal stakeholders, overseeing vendor performance and spend.
• Act as an operational liaison for global TA projects, providing updates, escalating risks and supporting local implementation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruitment Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI‑enabled productivity tools.
