About the role
ILM is seeking a Talent Coordinator who embodies the studio’s innovative spirit and collaborative mindset. The role provides essential administrative support to the Talent team, helping manage crew capacity and supporting CG artists, production, art, and editorial departments.
Key responsibilities
- Update and maintain crewing and capacity spreadsheets and databases.
- Generate reports from crewing databases and coordinate regular departmental and CG status meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute documentation.
- Organise new‑starter training, seating arrangements, and onboarding logistics.
- Partner with Talent Managers on day‑to‑day operations and artist support, including handling inquiries, absences, and show opportunities.
- Maintain confidential files, show credit requests, and demo‑reel databases.
- Provide general administrative assistance and help plan cross‑departmental events.
- Execute special projects as assigned.
Required profile
- Experience in a fast‑paced administrative role within VFX or games production (preferred).
- Positive, inclusive, proactive attitude with strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proven relationship‑building and interpersonal abilities.
- Calm, professional demeanor in high‑pressure environments.
- Reliability, punctuality, flexibility, and self‑motivation.
- Interest in film, visual effects, and production.
