HR Intern / Coordinator – Support Recruitment & Operations

About the role

Join Tecsys, a global supply chain technology leader, as an HR Intern/Coordinator in Bangalore. You will gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and day‑to‑day HR operations while supporting the rapid growth of our India team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle for India‑based positions, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with onboarding activities such as documentation, background checks and new‑hire coordination.
• Maintain employee records with confidentiality and respond to basic HR inquiries.
• Support HR reporting, trackers and operational documentation.

Required profile

• Early‑career HR professional, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
• 1‑2 years of experience through internships or similar exposure to recruitment processes.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
