Talent Acquisition Team Lead

About the role

Randstad Enterprise is seeking an ambitious Talent Acquisition Team Lead to drive high‑volume recruitment operations and ensure operational excellence. You will be accountable for the performance of coordination and recruitment units, managing key client and internal relationships while optimizing the candidate experience at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coaching, mentoring and day‑to‑day direction to TA Specialists, Coordinators and Team Leads.
• Oversee high‑volume interview scheduling, managing 3,000‑4,000 interviews per month across multiple business lines.
• Monitor TA metrics, SLAs and KPIs such as Time‑to‑Schedule, Candidate Drop‑off Rate and Coordinator Productivity.
• Act as primary contact for accounts, support workforce planning and manage regional expectations.
• Develop operational blueprints aligning client demand forecasting with team capacity.
• Collaborate with the global GBS community to share best practices and pilot recruitment technologies.
• Manage performance, KPIs and professional development of direct reports within internal frameworks.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations.
• Minimum 2 years in an RPO environment.
• At least 2 years of leadership responsibility for a TA team or coordination track.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale coordination engines.
• Strong analytical mindset, data‑driven decision making and excellent communication skills.
