Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote – India)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our hiring efforts for positions across India. The role is fully remote and requires managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process while aligning with US time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Strategically source and screen candidates daily to build a high‑quality pipeline for Indian roles.
• Conduct initial and in‑depth interviews using various techniques to assess fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to recommend candidates and negotiate competitive offers.
• Maintain accurate records in Breezy HR and ensure compliance with Indian labor regulations.
• Track performance metrics and continuously calibrate the selection process with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition with strong knowledge of the Indian job market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information.

What we offer

• Contract position for 1 year with possible extension.
• Monthly compensation of ₹30,000–₹40,000.
• Remote work with a night‑shift schedule (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST) to align with US time zones.
• Requirement of a minimum 50 Mbps internet connection (LAN preferred).
