Talent Acquisition Specialist – Mumbai (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our technology product organization. Based in Mumbai with a hybrid work model, you will support talent needs across India and the MEA region, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high‑performing, diverse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across India and MEA to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer closure for multiple geographies.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and industry networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates using structured, competency‑based methods.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Drive offer discussions, negotiate compensation and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and candidate databases.
• Stay updated on talent trends, compensation benchmarks and regional hiring practices.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and promote fair, unbiased hiring aligned with DEI commitments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably for technology product teams.
• Strong sourcing expertise and ability to manage multiple openings across different countries.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of hiring dynamics in India and the MEA region.
• Commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
