This is a dynamic role — primarily focused on end-to-end recruitment, with a hands‑on involvement in core HR activities. Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across mid to senior‑level IT and non‑IT roles — from requirement gathering to offer rollout.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate expectations.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and vendor channels.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates efficiently while ensuring a great candidate experience throughout.
• Drive offer negotiations — balancing candidate expectations with internal compensation structures.
• Manage and develop strong relationships with external staffing vendors and recruitment partners; evaluate vendor performance and ensure SLA adherence.
• Maintain and update ATS, trackers, and dashboards with real‑time hiring data.
• Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hire.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and team communications.
• Help coordinate and maintain employee records.
• Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries and coordinate with relevant HR teams for resolution.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in IT hiring.
• Proven experience in vendor management and stakeholder management.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates effectively.
• Hands‑on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
