Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our growing digital services business in Pune. You will partner with internal teams to understand hiring needs, source high‑quality candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment and talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and manage offer discussions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with B2B and digital‑marketing hiring needs.
• Maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet hiring targets and handle multiple positions.
• Perform onboarding documentation and joining formalities for new joiners.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of hiring and recruitment processes.
• Good understanding of the digital‑marketing industry.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and job portals.
• Excellent communication, screening, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring timelines.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
