Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Square Business Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead bulk hiring initiatives. You will partner with hiring managers, source high‑quality candidates, and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Support recruitment events and job fairs for bulk hiring.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and recruitment software/tools.
