Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions, combining hands‑on sourcing with data‑driven talent strategy. Working closely with hiring managers and leadership, you will translate workforce needs into effective hiring plans while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design targeted hiring strategies.
• Develop innovative sourcing campaigns on LinkedIn, Naukri and other talent channels to attract active and passive candidates.
• Maintain and optimise recruitment workflows in ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
• Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, funnel conversion, source effectiveness) to improve efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose data‑backed process improvements.
• Support workforce planning with insights on talent availability, market trends and hiring feasibility.
• Deliver a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Required profile

• 4+ years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in fast‑paced or product‑focused environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven experience partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methods and structured interview processes.
