Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

99Yellow is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help its startup clients attract top‑level leadership talent. You will partner directly with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and design effective sourcing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with startup founders and hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct phone and in‑person interviews, evaluating skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from screening to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of non‑technical recruitment experience, preferably with startups.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, candidate assessment, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Self‑motivated and collaborative in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
