Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

BabyBillion, the world’s leading kids’ YouTube channel, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People team. You will lead end‑to‑end hiring for creative, content, business and operational functions, balancing speed, quality and candidate experience in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role expectations and team fit.
• Create compelling job descriptions and source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and niche channels.
• Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication and drive offer closure.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and high‑priority roles.
• Maintain ATS workflows, recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy.
• Report hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill, conversion rates and source effectiveness.
• Support employer branding initiatives to position BabyBillion as an employer of choice.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or talent partner roles.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end hiring for non‑technical, creative and business positions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to partner with hiring managers and leadership.
• Experience building talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates.
