Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our US recruitment needs from our Hyderabad office. The role operates on a night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST) and focuses on sourcing, screening and placing candidates for US‑based clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates using various job boards and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit for US requirements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from posting jobs to coordinating offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role specifications and deliver timely talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US staffing or recruitment.
• Proven ability to work night‑shift hours in an onsite environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple US requisitions simultaneously.
