Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our Smart Digital Transformation IT Solutions team in Ahmedabad. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through databases, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and generate recruitment reports.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT, engineering, or sales domains.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
