Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will join Unaav’s fast‑growing restaurant brand in Dwarka, Delhi. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for driving the end‑to‑end hiring process for hospitality and food‑and‑beverage roles. Unaav is founded by IIT Delhi alumni and is dedicated to preserving traditional recipes while innovating to create memorable culinary experiences across Delhi.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Partner with department heads to define hiring needs and job specifications.
• Coordinate follow‑up discussions and interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience managing full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and external partners.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dwarka.
• Preferable experience in hospitality or food‑and‑beverage recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
