About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for our IT clients in Hyderabad. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and place top IT talent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Identify, screen and shortlist candidates using various channels.
- Coordinate interviews, maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare and extend offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
- Hands‑on experience with contract‑to‑hire (C2H) staffing models.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
