Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition / Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end hiring for healthcare positions at Medi Transcare. This role is ideal for freshers or early‑career professionals who want strong exposure to recruitment within the healthcare industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for healthcare roles, from requirement gathering to offer coordination.
• Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and other professional networks.
• Create and post job advertisements on portals, social media, and relevant groups.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain active pipelines and talent pools for recurring healthcare positions.
• Update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports for open and closed positions.
• Support campus drives, walk‑in interviews, and recruitment campaigns as needed.

Required profile

• Any graduate; preference for HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 0–2 years of recruitment experience; internship or experience in healthcare or bulk hiring is a plus.
• Strong interest or experience using job portals, job boards, and LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle multiple positions and meet deadlines.
