Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of roughly ten recruiters who serve enterprise and Fortune 100 clients. The role acts as the bridge between sales, executive leadership, and recruiting, turning business priorities into concrete hiring actions and keeping all parties aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ recruiters, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day‑to‑day recruiting activities, ensuring urgency, quality, and adherence to KPIs such as submittal volume, interview conversion, offer acceptance, and fill rates.
• Own performance dashboards, report to leadership, and use data to spot trends, flag issues, and support workforce planning.
• Partner with sales and client teams to translate new business priorities into clear recruiting direction and serve as the primary client‑facing contact for updates.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows, tools, and processes, contributing to playbooks and SOPs.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.
• Background in IT staffing and technical recruiting, with experience supporting complex, multi‑requisition enterprise engagements.
• Familiarity with a broad range of IT disciplines and the ability to manage competing demands across a high‑volume environment.

• Data‑fluent: comfortable building, interpreting, and presenting recruiting metrics.
