Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Gigmo Solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for its fast‑growing tech startup. The role is fully remote and involves partnering with hiring managers, campus recruiters, and external platforms to attract top talent for technical and non‑technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source candidates on niche platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri, and maintain active talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with TPOs for campus hiring initiatives when applicable.
• Conduct structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral evaluations.
• Generate monthly recruitment MIS reports, weekly status updates, and manpower summaries.
• Perform job and task analyses with the TA team to document role requirements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a technical environment.
• Proven track record as a Technical Recruiter with the ability to understand and explain IT job requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for business needs.
