Talent Acquisition Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a hotel group, covering corporate, hotel operations, leadership and support functions. Working closely with Corporate HR, property General Managers and department heads, the role ensures the right talent is available at the right time and cost, aligned with approved manpower budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute manpower planning and recruitment strategies for existing properties, new openings and business expansion.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – from requisition and sourcing to interview coordination, offer approval and onboarding.
• Lead critical and leadership hiring for positions such as General Managers, HODs, Executive Chefs and senior department heads.
• Oversee hotel‑operations hiring across front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, engineering and other functional areas.
• Drive pre‑opening and expansion hiring, creating property‑wise timelines and bulk hiring drives.
• Build campus and institutional talent pipelines through relationships with hospitality schools and universities.
• Design sourcing strategies, manage recruitment agencies, and continuously improve recruitment TAT and cost efficiency.
