Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

Medanta, a leading multi‑specialty healthcare institution, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end‑to‑end recruitment for both clinical and non‑clinical positions. The role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring timely, quality hires across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for hospital roles, covering both volume and critical hiring needs.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Ensure hiring is completed within defined turnaround times and recruitment targets.
• Handle compliance and documentation throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Proven ability to manage both high‑volume and critical hires within set TAT.
• Strong track record of delivering quality hires quickly.
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
