Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Talent Acquisition Lead to build and lead our recruitment function in Janakpuri. The role will design hiring strategies, manage recruiters, partner with business leaders and ensure the company attracts top talent efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop hiring strategies aligned with business goals and maintain a strong pipeline of high‑quality candidates.
• Lead and mentor recruiters and Talent Acquisition Executives, set hiring targets and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with department heads and leadership to understand hiring needs, conduct planning meetings and prioritize critical positions.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience, timely communication and improve offer acceptance and joining rates.
• Track recruitment KPIs, prepare dashboards, analyse hiring funnel metrics and optimise sourcing channels and costs.
• Strengthen employer branding on LinkedIn and support recruitment campaigns, referral programs and campus initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• At least 4 years leading a recruitment team.
• Proven success hiring for Sales, Operations and related functions.
• Experience in fast‑growing, founder‑led organisations.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRMS platforms such as Keka.
