Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for our offices in Surat, Rajkot and Vadodara. You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and ensure a smooth hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Shine, Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with managers and facilitate interview scheduling.
• Handle candidate follow‑ups, salary discussions and offer‑to‑joining conversion.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring MIS.
• Ensure recruitment TAT and manpower requirements are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end talent acquisition.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different locations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
