Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse range of academic and non‑academic positions across Gujarat. You will partner with school leadership, manage campus hiring initiatives, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, for teachers, coordinators, counsellors, administrative, IT, and support staff.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, agencies, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/virtual interviews, and schedule interviews with principals, regional heads, and hiring managers.
• Maintain talent pipelines and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, walk‑in interviews, and employer branding activities in Gujarat and Saurashtra.
• Update recruitment trackers, HRMS, and generate MIS reports.
• Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and maintain compliance with recruitment policies.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in education.
• Willingness to travel across Gujarat for campus placements and school visits.
