Talent Acquisition Executive – HR Recruitment

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Executive will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for our organization across multiple locations in Gujarat. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a smooth and timely hiring process. This role works closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to meet manpower needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Source candidates through Shine, Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with managers.
• Manage candidate follow‑ups, salary discussions and offer‑to‑joining conversion.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring MIS.
• Ensure recruitment TAT and manpower requirements are met.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in managing full recruitment cycles.
• Ability to work with multiple job portals and referral channels.
• Strong coordination skills with managers and internal teams.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shine, Naukri, LinkedIn recruitment platforms.
