About the role

Effy Jewelry is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead recruitment for its global cruise retail teams. Based in Mumbai, you will own the full hiring cycle, represent the brand at career fairs across India, and collaborate with international stakeholders to shape a world‑class workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for shipboard retail positions.
• Source, screen, and interview top talent across India.
• Travel to job fairs, universities, and hiring events (up to 40% travel).
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.
• Partner with global hiring managers and teams to align hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and drive continuous hiring success.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and virtual interviewing.
• Bonus: background in cruise, retail, hospitality, aviation, or campus hiring.
