Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will ensure smooth execution of the full recruitment lifecycle for North America professional external hiring. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers and HR teams to deliver a high‑touch experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and keep records up‑to‑date.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, managing logistics for candidates, hiring managers and interview panels.
• Prepare and issue offer letters, facilitate background checks and support pre‑boarding documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including orientation scheduling and new‑hire paperwork.
• Monitor recruitment stages, generate basic reports and ensure timely completion of each step.
• Build strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners and candidates, providing regular status updates.
• Identify process improvements and leverage ATS, CRM and other recruitment tools for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws, company policies and data‑privacy regulations.

• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience managing recruitment processes and coordinating multiple interview schedules.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for recruitment.
