Talent Acquisition Analyst – Professional Recruiter

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst focused on professional hiring, you will partner with hiring managers, HR business partners and other stakeholders to attract, assess and secure top talent for PepsiCo. You will drive strategic sourcing, ensure a seamless candidate experience and support data‑driven hiring decisions across critical and recurring roles.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment strategy meetings, analyse hiring needs and design customized recruitment plans.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary benchmarks and industry hiring trends.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor, guiding managers on inclusive hiring, interview best practices and assessment tools.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals and networking.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to reduce time‑to‑find and time‑to‑accept.
• Leverage PepsiCo’s employer branding to write compelling job descriptions and optimise postings.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer, ensuring compliance with process standards.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time‑to‑find, candidate experience scores) and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with hiring managers and delivering recruitment consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to align recruitment activities with workforce planning and business priorities.
