About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a Talent Solutions Account Executive to drive new business across its Talent & Learning portfolio. You will work in a hybrid setting, combining remote work with occasional office days, to prospect, build relationships, and sell LinkedIn’s hiring and learning solutions to corporate clients.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect relentlessly to build a robust pipeline and nurture strong relationships with prospects.
- Provide accurate forecasts and maintain transparent pipeline status with management.
- Identify customers’ business objectives, uncover obstacles, and establish strategic partnerships.
- Position LinkedIn’s Talent & Learning Solutions aligned with client goals and close deals consistently at or above quota.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, sharing competitive insights with the team.
- Leverage peers and managers to solve problems, ramp up, and close opportunities.
- Utilize sales processes and tools effectively, and coach colleagues on best practices.
- Gather market feedback and relay insights to product and marketing teams.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Demonstrated ability in solution selling and multithreading across multiple business stakeholders.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in talent acquisition or learning domains.
