Tableau/BI Developer

About the role

The Tableau/BI Developer will join a cloud‑based compliance archive product team for a large global investment bank. Working in an agile environment, you will build and maintain Tableau dashboards that help stakeholders monitor regulatory requirements and operational KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and publish interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualisations using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
• Connect Tableau to databases, data warehouses, extracts and APIs, and create efficient data models.
• Implement calculated fields, parameters, LOD expressions, table calculations, and row‑level security.
• Perform SQL data extraction, transformation, validation and performance troubleshooting.
• Schedule, secure and administer Tableau content, ensuring proper permissions and governance.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience building Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud and advanced Tableau features.
• Solid SQL skills for data manipulation and performance optimisation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into KPI‑driven visualisations and communicate insights to stakeholders.
