TA Operations Specialist – APAC & Europe

About the role

The TA Operations Specialist will join the HR Shared Services team, providing operational support for Talent Acquisition and HR processes across the APAC and Europe regions. The role ensures seamless service delivery throughout the employee lifecycle, leveraging technology and automation to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition operations from interview scheduling through onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews across APAC and Europe with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and pre‑hire documentation.
• Manage onboarding documentation and support pre‑joining activities.
• Process payroll inputs, support benefits administration and handle off‑boarding.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll and COEs to ensure effective service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation and process improvement initiatives.
