Systems & Security Administrator

About the role

Ajaia, an AI consultancy and product studio, is looking for a hands‑on Systems & Security Administrator to own its internal IT environment, cloud infrastructure, and security controls. You will work in a fast‑moving, distributed team and use AI tools to automate routine operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer cloud environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
• Manage internal tooling, user accounts, device policies, and endpoint security.
• Enforce security policies and support compliance initiatives, including SOC 2 audits.
• Provision laptops, configure access permissions, and maintain Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 at an organizational level.
• Configure cloud firewall rules and monitor network security.
• Automate repetitive tasks and keep documentation up‑to‑date using AI‑driven workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in systems administration, cloud administration, IT security, or related fields.
• Hands‑on experience with GCP and/or Azure and with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and endpoint management.
