Systems Engineer – Walk‑In Drive in Jaipur

About the role

Infosys BPM is conducting a walk‑in recruitment for a Systems Engineer at its Jaipur campus. The role focuses on managing and supporting core IT operations infrastructure for a large user base in a 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain infrastructure services including Active Directory, WSUS, Workspace One, anti‑virus, MDT, Hyper‑V, VMware and IIS.
• Monitor Windows servers, networking, storage and firewalls to ensure high availability for over 10,000 end users.
• Handle service‑desk tickets, email exchange, PC provisioning and security incidents.
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software assets and oversee hardware disposal procedures.
• Provide network access, configure static IPs and support end‑user devices across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations for large enterprises.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work in a 24/7 shift pattern.
• Strong communication skills and customer‑facing orientation.

Required skills

• Active Directory, WSUS, Workspace One, anti‑virus and MDT server management.
• Virtualisation platforms: Hyper‑V and VMware.
• IIS, Windows OS, networking, storage and firewall administration.
• Certifications or knowledge of MCSE, CCNA and ITIL processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, Office 365).
