About the role

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to design, deploy and maintain our Windows and Linux server environments, hybrid Azure infrastructure and Microsoft 365 tenant. You will work closely with the global systems team, supporting both on‑premise and cloud services across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

Design, deploy and maintain Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI) and Linux servers (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).
Administer virtualisation platforms (VMware vSphere, Hyper‑V) and manage Azure IaaS resources.
Own Microsoft 365 tenant administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
Implement network architecture, routing, switching, VLANs, SD‑WAN and firewalls.
Maintain security baselines, patch management, endpoint hardening and SIEM/EDR tools (Defender, Sentinel).
Develop automation using PowerShell, Azure Automation, Bash (Python a plus).
Support IT security audits, risk assessments and compliance requirements.
Participate in global infrastructure rollouts, migrations, documentation and on‑call rotation.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
4–7 years of hands‑on systems engineering experience (not help‑desk).
Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365/Azure.
Proven Linux administration skills in production environments.
Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, BGP/OSPF, VLANs, firewalls, VPN).
Fluent written and spoken English.
