Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to manage and secure the IT infrastructure of a fast‑growing professional‑services firm’s India centre. You will be responsible for keeping servers, directory services, and critical business systems running smoothly while meeting security and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and backup solutions.
• Manage Active Directory, identity lifecycle, and access provisioning.
• Plan and execute patching, upgrades, capacity changes, and performance tuning.
• Implement and monitor security controls across servers and endpoints.
• Maintain compliance documentation for internal and client audits.
• Own disaster‑recovery and backup procedures, performing regular tests.

Required profile

• 3 to 7 years of experience administering enterprise servers and infrastructure.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, virtualization, and backup/DR practices.
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote‑work setup.
